Uchiha in heart, Uchiha in mind, and, once again, Uchiha in body. As Sabuka had first stripped himself of his identity, in order to hide, he now aimed to do the exact opposite. The young boy has grown quite a bit in 13 long, difficult years. He has maintained his lithe and thin appearance, but his body has almost filled out completely with powerful muscles. Sabuka supports a broad set of shoulders with a thin waist. Perhaps the new most striking features about his body Is his child like apperance.Sabuka rises to an even 6'1" at 170 pounds of pure muscle.

Sabuka wears a modified konoha chunin vest with flaps to the side. It is a dark gray color with maroon colored flaps.Sabuka wears bandages on his forearms and his biceps. Around his waist,Sabuka does not wear shoes and, rather, has bandages around his feet.

Personality:
Sabuka is calm, precise in his dealings and choosy of his allies. What he took for granted before is now more precious then ever as his life has had its fair share of ups and downs. A reformed man like he never was before, the playfull demeanor and borderline disrespect of those deserving it are long gone. Instead in their wake lies the soul of a man determined to get back what he lost, the world around him.

Sabuka lives for combat. He is a reckless fighter and often takes dangerous chances for victory. Sabuka has a high physical resistance and has faith in his will to push him forward. Sabuka's mind is also tailored to the battlefield. He is a natural tactician and enjoys developing quick, food-hardy plans for immediate victory. In battle Sabuka does not fear anything. He thrives under pressure and enjoys besting bigger and better opponents, especially alone. One could say that Sabuka might be cocky, and that would be mostly true. Sabuka is confident, but it is not without backing. He is a supremely powerful individual and seldom can his opponents avoid his fierce inferno.

Appearance: The Sharingan eye has 3 stages. All three stages change the white of the eyes to a pure red. The iris disappears, leaving the user with a black pupil by itself. The last significant detail is the "wheel" or the thin black circle around the pupil, seperated the by the red of the eye. The three stages are represented by 'tomoe'. For each stage, a new tomoe will appear on the circle.

Abilities/Basic Overview:

The Sharingan is not automatically activated in the user by birth. It is only first unlocked under some stressful or emotional condition after which the Sharingan may be used freely. When the Sharingan is first activated by a user, it has a different number of tomoe around the central pupil, varying between users. The wielder of the Sharingan, through continued use and training, evolves it further which involves gaining more tomoe, up to a maximum of three per eye. As the Sharingan develops, the user gains heightened abilities.

The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan can tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular.

The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not have time to react.

The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other Kekkei Genkai techniques. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques. In order to reproduce a copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce jutsu dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract with.

The Sharingan's final commonly-used ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact.

The hypnotic ability coupled with the other aspects of the Sharingan, can make the user appear as if they can "see the future". First, the user must perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes and possibly their thoughts and words through careful observation. Then, they suggest an action to the opponent such as hand seals for a jutsu that the opponent and Sharingan user already know and copy that. With these things done, the user can complete the action even before the opponent does, possibly using the Sharingan's genjutsu to confuse or delay them. As with other genjutsu, genjutsu cast by the Sharingan are capable of putting an opponent to sleep, inducing paralysis, replaying memories to someone else, or creating various illusions to deceive someone. The potency of the Sharingan's illusion is dependent on the user's knowledge and skill with implementing genjutsu.

Although the Sharingan consumes the user's chakra while active, the chakra levels that the user must exert is so insignificant that they can keep it active constantly. However, when a Sharingan is transplanted to a non-Uchiha, the chakra drain is significant, leading them to cover it up when not in use, to stop the drain.

In order to use this ability, the user must have three tomoe, and must lock eyes with his or her target. This technique has the ability to hypnotize an enemy into doing something of the user's choice, so long as the it's not totally against the target's character, or too irrational for the target either. For example, it could persuade the enemy to perform an attack different from the one that would initially be performed. This could also be used to easily persuade people to make certain choices. This does not require any hand seals.

History:
The Uchiha Clan were one of the founding noble families of Leaf village. The clan itself is said to be descended from the Hyuuga clan who possess the Byakugan bloodline and further back to be the heirs of the Rikudou Sennin's eldest son, who is said to have received his father's "eyes" and with it his powerful chakra and spiritual energy. Because their clan possessed the Sharingan or "Wheel Eye," the Uchiha excelled at being able to read and fend off attackers. This made them prime candidates to help found the Konoha Military Police Corps, which would incorporate the Uchiha fan symbol into their official logo.

Select few members of the Uchiha clan possess the ability to activate the bloodline Sharingan eye. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and see the tricks and movements required to be able to complete it. However the clan member can not copy techniques which are unique to another bloodline. It also gives one the ability to cast jutsu techniques only possible by possessing the eye such Amaterasu, Kamui, Susanoo and Tsukuyomi. The clan itself is known for their ties to fire. For a clan ninja to be seen as an adult, they must be able to utilize a Katon (Fire Element) jutsu such as Goukakyuu no Jutsu. Thus is the tie between the manipulation of fire and the mind of an Uchiha member.

The clan was founded by Uchiha Madara and his brother Izuna. In the early days of ninja battles, they battled the Senju Clan and eventually both groups came together to form Konoha. When Madara felt the clan was being marginalized by the Senju, he fought Konoha's Hokage and Senju clan leader Hashirama. Madara was defeated and went into hiding. Years later the clan began to become discontent with the village leadership and Madara returned. Before they could launch their insurrection against Konoha, they were wiped out by one of their own, Uchiha Itachi. Only one member from within the clan was spared, Itachi's brother Sasuke. Itachi and later Sasuke would join Madara in his drive to plunge the world into darkness, for their own ends. With Itachi's death as a man willing to sacrifice everything to secretly support Konoha, the final fate of the clan and its future thus rests in the hands of men swearing vengence against their home village.

Reputation - Street

The character is well-known and respected figure on the streets of the Ninja World. He may be known as a killer not to be crossed, an honest costermonger or a likable thief. In any case, the character is generally regarded as a member of the Family in good standing. The character may be sought out for jobs or information. He can find information, weapons, pharmaceuticals, and inexpensive stolen goods with little trouble. If he is holding misappropriated property, he will have no trouble finding a fence to move the goods. When in need, he can find a safe house in which to hide until trouble passes.

The character is notorious throughout the Village. Rumors about the character circulate throughout the city especially in the social circles he frequents. Notorious characters will be constantly harassed. Each rank needs a certain amount of time to gather up the water from the air. C rank requires a post, and after that another post is added to the time limit. While using this jutsu, the user cannot use any other jutsu during it, unless it is a Water Ninjutsu. This jutsu does not require hand seals. Water can be drawn from the ground, and from the air. However, from the ground all ranks can only draw water from twenty feet below, and from the air only thirty feet high in the sky. Each rank only allows for the area in which you gather water to expand. It is obvious, that if you are in a desert this jutsu will probably have ill effects. The “puddle” or amount of water acquired varies upon rank, at C rank you’ll gather at least ten feet deep worth of water around you, as the ranks become higher, you can add another ten feet. However, at S rank you can have sixty feet deep of water.

The user of this jutsu focuses chakra into an area within a body of water, and can create a vortex that is capable of ‘swallowing’ objects and people. Of course the object ‘swallowed’ depends on circumstance and most definitely depends on rank. This jutsu does require a one handed tiger seal, which is simply two fingers pointed upwards, with the other two fingers closed and with the thumb touching the nail of the ring finger. Also, this vortex does not indefinitely absorb people, meaning that people have the chance to ‘swim’ out or escape as usual. It takes an IC time of two seconds to become fully developed.

History: It was a warm summers night when Sabuka was born.His mother, bless her soul, died giving birth to Him, He proved to be too much for her smaller body, but not all was lost. Sabuka survived and was brought into this world with much hope and promise.His father, named Doushi Uchiha, raised him as best he could at the Uchiha Complex without the help from a wife. Doushi was a kind soul and was simply glad that his son had survived. For the first one and a half years of his life all was well for Sabuka.

However, disaster was soon brought down upon them. Fear was struck through the Uchihas, as they fell one by one during the massacre, and Doushi hid his son as best as he could, placing him in a bread basket and hiding him in the kitchen. Doushi died, protecting his house, and the fate of his child was uncertain. However, it seemed that Sabuka would be saved. Taken from their home and the spilled blood of their father, a stranger with white hair whisked them away and took them into the Forests of the Fire Country. The mysterious man traveled fast and silently, possessing great skill, and moved through the night like a shadow. Eventually, after a few solid hours of travel and at the on-set of sunrise, the man made it to a small trading village near the outskirts of the Fire Country. Taking the children, asleep and without worry, he set them on the door-step of one of the larger houses in the village and left.

In the morning, as the elder Hitoshirezu was on his way to his job, he happened upon the child at his doorstep. Usesarazu Hitoshirezu called his wife, Kako Hitoshirezu, and they marveled at the infant that had been left at their door. Kako and Usesarazu immediately went to the town council with their discovery and asked what must be done. Usesarazu, an influential man in the community, decided that he would take the child for himself and raise him. His wife and him called it a twist of fate and somehow felt a responsibility for these children. But, no matter; all was well and good because Kako and Usesarazu had no children of their own and Sabuka was set to have a better life.

Sabuka, nameless, was given the name Zenrei Hitoshirezu. Rei, as they referred to him, grew up in a hard-working household, but a kind one. Rei, as the child of Usesarazu, was known by almost the entire village and were protected by them. Rei for the next few years of their lives were able to live fairly peacefully.

It was during this time, and with interactions with other students,Rei began to develop command of his chakra. The children at the school yard during break times would often play a game between rival shinobi groups. Most of the children possessed a simple understanding of chakra and what shinobi could do, except really for Rei. However, he soon picked up on the shinobi thing quite easily. He began to awaken his skills, slowly but surely, and began to gain command of his chakra. During this time,Rei spent a lot of time studying in the Hitoshirezu Library among a relatively large collection of books and asking questions of the villagers.

Whenever shinobi would stop by in their village,Rei would survey them and follow them around, studying their behavior and their skills.Rei, soon enough, was interested in visiting Konohagakure, the closest hidden village. Kako and Usesarazu told him that they would not entertain the idea until they were older saying that, "You need to build a future before you go off playing 'ninja." Rei, his spirit not easily crushed, continued to study about chakra and jutsu, of what he could find, until he could produce it on his own. From that point onward,Rei fine-tuned his chakra skills with whatever methods he could think of. First, he simply worked on molding and directing chakra to his muscles in order to give himself more strength and speed. It wasn't an easy task, but Rei was able to pick up on it.Rei, for the most part, kept these new-found skills and chakra creating abilities to himself, only using them when the situation most required it.

Rei next worked on what he had heard from shinobi that visited the villages in that they could climb trees only using their feet and walk on water. These proved to be much more difficult undertakings and Rei was only able to partially master these abilities after weeks of training. Finding these new skills exciting and wonderful, and being only a naive child,Rei decided to show his new skills to his classmates. At first, his peers were excited with his powers and found them to be quite awesome as well. However, word began to extend to the older children. The younger children begged and pleaded for Zenrei to teach him what they had learned, and Rei tried his best, but he was no teacher.His lineage and the Uchiha blood in his veins gave him a natural genetic predisposition to shinobi skills, but the other children could only hope to be this lucky. They were all born and raised in a small village were the presence of shinobi were scarce.

The older children, mostly the males, were also interested in the Hitoshirezu's newfound abilities. They began to bully him, at every chance they got, to show him their powers so that they might understand how they worked.Rei refused to give in, at least for the most part, but the bullying continued. It got progressively worse until it turned to bodily violence.Rei was not experienced with combat and was easily thrown down and beaten. He tried his best, with the chakra he had awakened, but the older children proved to be too much. However, encircled and close to the final blow, Rei was able to awaken his Sharingan.He didn't understand what was happening or what his newfound ability was, but it enabled him to finally escape from the clutches of those who had bullied him.Rei immediately ran home after the bullying incident, with his Sharingan still activated, and asked what was happening. Usesarazu and Kako had no idea what was going on and could explain nothing.

Rei soon fainted after returning home, the beating put a great stress on his body, and slept for about a day. When he woke up his parents said that they had asked a visiting shinobi to their trading village what their ability might have been. The shinobi had said that what he possessed was something very, very special and that he should return to Konoha to find out the extent of what Rei was. It was also at this time that the Hitoshirezus explained to them that they were actually orphans, found upon their doorsteps years ago. Zenrei, shocked for the most part, finally understood what was happening to him. He didn't understand it completely, but the pieces were falling into place.

Eventually, Zenrei agreed to return to Konoha, curious beyond almost all reason, and the Hitoshirezus escorted him there. At the Administration Complex, their first stop, the Hitoshirezus presented a note to the secretary there at the time that had been given to them by the shinobi that had originally told them to return to Konoha. The note read something about how Rei were most likely Uchiha, by their foster-parents' description of his eye ability. The secretary immediately took the note to the Hokage, this finding momentous, and asked of his/her directions. The Hokage immediately went to inspect the children him/herself and asked the Hitoshirezus if they would allow Rei
to stay here a while longer. The Hitoshirezus agreed, but it seemed Usesarazu had work to do in the village.His foster mother, Kako, would stay with him as they went to check his files the next day.

The two of them, Kako and Zenrei,traveled to the mostly farthest reaches of the Uchiha Complex with an escort. The escort was able to find the files on all of the Uchihas born in the years before the massacre Zenrei was included in them. Finding his profile, after matching the files,Sabuka found out that his real name was Sabuka Uchiha. Sabuka, getting his actual pasts back, was told of the Uchiha Massacre, and what returning to Konoha would mean. The Uchiha Clan was not dead, not by a long shot, and Sabuka could be a part of that.Sabuka decided to stay with his real name, in honor of his deceased father and mother, and decided to stay in Konoha and train in order to become shinobi.

Sabuka agreed to visit the Hitoshirezus from time to time and still misses them to this day. They were his mother and father for some time of his life and that was important to him. However, continuing what his parents would have wanted, in becoming shinobi, and to fulfill a long running dream of his, he had to stay in Konoha.Sabuka was then entered into the Academy, . He caused quite a stir, as an Uchiha, and was slightly more respected because of it.Sabuka, because of his earlier studies, was able to easily take to the shinobi skills, but was incredibly happy to have an actual teacher.He graduated the Academy in no time, at about the age of twelve, and now strive to further in his training and to increase his strength.Sabuka is still strong and plans on fighting towards a better future as a new Genin.

The boy's Genin years were a time a growth and, additionally, of recession. Upon his first few weeks in Konoha, Sabuka began to explore anything and everything around him. The world became his place for his purposes and he took to it well. Sabuka was left alone and began to train to fill up his time. Soon enough, however, Sabuka was given his own team. Sabuka spent relatively little time with this team, under the leadership of Shikamaru, but Sabuka would make his first friend from this team. The boy's name was Tensai and their friendship would only grow over the years. Sabuka spent more time with Tensai and his team, running around on various escapades. Eventually, Sabuka was able to take the Chuunin Exam where the bond between Team Ochiba only grew stronger and stronger. Still, Sabuka could not stay within Konoha. After the Chuunin Exam... Sabuka planned to defect. Sabuka passed the Exam and became a Chuunin and soon prepared himself to leave Konoha...

Well, leave he did. Sabuka, first, went to say good-bye to his best friend [most likely ex-best friend] Tensai. It was a rather emotional meeting and Sabuka nearly thought he was going to stay, but not even Tensai could break the resolve that he had built. Sabuka awakened his three tomoe Sharingan in his rage and soon left Tensai. Sabuka then continued to walk through Konoha in the hope of figuring a way out of the village. Of course, Sabuka saw no hope in the endeavor. Nothing got in and nothing got out. However, by chance, Stranger-san appeared to Sabuka and gave him a way out of the village. Sabuka agreed to the terms, in that he would serve under him, and Stranger-san was able to get Sabuka out of Konoha with nothing more than a heavy heart. Sabuka traveled with Ibaku for two long, educational years. Sabuka learned much under Ibaku and grew tremendously.

During this time, Sabuka had an unplanned reunion with his family, Ochiba. Ibaku, attempting to save a village of the blind, lured a powerful group of shinobi to the village which happened to include Tensai, Kaeru and Ryuu. The two teams fought and, eventually, Tensai was left severely injured. Jiro was forced to leave with Ibaku, but the boy knew that everything could not continue as it was. Sabuka continued his training, attempting to get stronger and stronger, before he finally met trouble near Kirigakure. The two fought and Sabuka was able to gain victory and Sabuka considered this is ascension to Jounin. Sabuka, now as powerful as ever, has changed his appearance once again. Leaving Ibaku,Sabuka now found his new title: The Heavenly Sharingan.
